Your Willpower in Diet

The goal of this podcast is to push yourself everyday to think in a healthy way. The speakers’ goal is to break bad habits by not reaching for sweets, but rather try to make a new habit out of finding an alternative for a beneficial diet. Instead of using bad foods as a reward for your trip to the gym, the goal is to think long-term for the overall health. For example, choose an apple or another healthy snack; it gives you more energy! This podcast is all about the push for mental health in your willpower to eat well everyday.
